The PCH administrative staff supports every stage of the project, from pre-construction through completion, utilizing the latest financial reporting software and internet-based technologies. Over the years, PCH has built a well-rounded team of professionals and they ensure the successful completion of every project.
General Contracting
PCH serves as a Construction Manager for all aspects of a construction project. As one of the Hamptons most experienced general contractors, PCH has access to more than 300 specialized subcontractors who are master craftsmen in their fields. In some cases, PCH also serves as an Owner Representative, helping clients negotiate claims with their insurance companies or monitoring the performance of other vendors on their behalf.
Historic Restorations
PCH is one of a select group of builders in the Hamptons who are expert in the restoration of historic homes. PCH restores these older homes, raising their amenities and finishes to the standards of today's luxury home, while it preserves its historic character and architectural details. Our portfolio includes historic restorations in the estate areas of both East Hampton and Southampton.
